Role Context:
• Recruitment cycle: source, qualify, client-interviews, job offer, and guarantee period
• Proactive search in active and passive channels
• Cold calling to activate passive candidates
• Recruitment content marketing to supplement the search efforts
• Interview candidates to properly present the opportunity and to qualify them
• Meet with clients to understand the job opening
• Active participant in our business development efforts
• Observe and achieve the company’s best practices, standards, and KPIs

 

Ideal Candidate:
• College graduate, any course
• Open to Junior Recruiters from Non-IT recruitment
• Agile, gritty, and resourceful
